They are defined by the four C’s :

Creativity :

To create a cool and unique project you need to be creative and innovative.

Communication :

It’s very important to share your ideas and thoughts and emerge them to a greater and better product.

Critical thinking :

Beeing able to listen to other opinions, seeing things from a different angle and to question things.

Collaboration :

Unite the different talents of all the group members to create something bigger and better. 

So it’s very important to work in groups, be it in school or at work to get to the best possible solution.
